This Privacy Policy describes how TechFlunky Labs ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Autonimo browser extension and platform (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (via GitHub OAuth).
  • User Content: AI agents you create, including their configurations, prompts, and workflows.
  • Payment Information: If you make purchases, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

1.2 Information Collected by the Browser Extension

Important: The Autonimo browser extension only collects data when you explicitly request it. We do not perform any background data collection or automatic scraping.

  • Page Content: Only when you click "Analyze" or use a context menu action, we extract visible text content from the current page to process with your selected AI agent.
  • Text Selection: When you select text and choose "Analyze with Autonimo" from the context menu, we process your selected text.
  • Page URL and Title: Sent along with your analysis request to provide context to AI agents.

We do NOT collect:

  • Browsing history
  • Passwords or form data
  • Data from pages you don't explicitly analyze
  • Any data in the background without your action

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: Number of agent executions, which agents you use, and execution costs.
  • Technical Data: Browser type, extension version, and error logs for debugging.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the Service: Process your AI agent requests and deliver results.
  • Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns to improve features and performance.
  • Billing: Track usage for billing purposes and process payments.
  • Support: Respond to your support requests and troubleshoot issues.
  • Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • AI Providers: Page content and selections are sent to AI model providers (Cloudflare AI, Replicate) to process your requests. This data is not stored by these providers beyond the request.
  • Service Providers: We use Cloudflare for hosting, Stripe for payments, and GitHub for authentication.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained until you delete your account.
  • Agent Configurations: Retained until you delete them or your account.
  • Execution Logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging and billing purposes.
  • Page Content: NOT stored after processing. Content is only held in memory during the request.

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Access and Deletion

You can:

  • Access your account data through your dashboard
  • Delete your agents at any time
  • Request deletion of your entire account by contacting us
  • Export your agent configurations

5.2 Extension Permissions

The extension only requests permissions necessary for its function. You can review permissions in your browser's extension settings and remove the extension at any time.

5.3 Opt-Out

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
  • Authentication tokens are stored securely in browser storage
  • Our infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare with enterprise-grade security
  • We do not store sensitive page content beyond the duration of a request

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
